Can a bouncer be setup indoors?
Yes, our units can be set up inside or outside. You will need at least 18' ceiling height to accommodate the inflatable. The bouncer must not be near any hot lights, a/c vents or any other fire hazard. Commercial halls, malls, gyms etc. will do just fine.
Can the bouncer be set up near my pool?
For your children's safety the inflatable needs to be set up at least 30' from your pool. Your children's safety is our number one concern!

Yes! Cleanliness is part of safety. We clean all of our inflatables and and equipment before and after your event.. We vacuum, wipe, scrub, deodorize using high quality hypoallergenic cleaning agents.

Yes, we currently accept, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

How much room do you need to set up an inflatable?
An 18' x 20' area is plenty of room for a bounce house. A combo needs 20' x 20' and a slide needs 16' x 36'. The area where we set up your inflatable should be level, clean of debris (rocks, sticks etc.) and not over any protruding objects or in ground sprinkler heads. Please turn off your sprinkler system before we set up the inflatable. The unit should need to be within 50' of an electrical outlet.
Who sets up and takes down the inflatable?
JumpSation sets up and takes down the inflatable as part of your rental rate.
How long does it take to set up and take down an inflatable?
Depending upon the size of the inflatable it will take between 15 - 30 minutes for setup. It will take between 15 - 40 minutes to take down an inflatable.
Can I turn off the blower when we are finished using an inflatable?
No, please do not turn off the blower. We need to do a preliminary cleaning before we deflate the unit.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation. We request that you give us at least seven days notice. Once the inflatables are set up we do not give a refund.

Yes, we can set up our inflatables almost any place. We will need to bring a generator to power the blower. There is an additional charge of $40.00 for generator rental.
